This project used data to look at the series of bad ideas that have plagued the Pakistani government’s attempts to fix the energy grid. It also explains why the government’s poor decisions are creating more new problems for the energy sector.

The project explained the government’s relationship with independent power producers using data.

It is important to explain the context and background of a perennial problem and this can be done using data. Otherwise it becomes difficult to question policy decisions and their effectiveness.
