There are thousands of primary schools in a province of Pakistan in which 5 to 15 year old students are studying but in these schools teachers and guards are appointed but there is no staff for cleaning and the students themselves are in the classrooms as well Raast also cleans Thomas. The students are assigned duties and they go to school before school hours and do the cleaning work. Many girls drop out of school because of this and their education is suspended. This was a major problem for students in educational institutions which needed to be addressed.

Impact reached:

The purpose of highlighting this project was to draw the attention of the government to this issue so that the government would appoint a cleaning staff in the primary schools and not to take such cleaning work from the students. Pay attention, not only to reduce the dropout rate of girls, but also to protect them from the harmful effects of cleaning work on their health. However, in some schools, teachers have appointed cleaning staff with their help. The positive effect of resolving this issue will be that on the one hand, they will not work in primary schools. And the school environment will be better in education. There will be an increase in the focus on education so that girls can get education with confidence and on the other hand hundreds of illiterate women will get employment which will increase per capita income and will also have a good impact on the national economy.

Techniques/technologies used:

To highlight this project ۔ I collected government school data from various websites and found out the number of students 3. Information on the budget allocated for education in the province budget and especially for girls education was obtained from the official budget copy. I met with various stakeholders and sought their views and opinions ملاقات Met with students, parents, teachers, government officials, representatives of teachers’ associations, provincial minister of education, representatives of government and social organizations working on education and took them on board. What was the hardest part of this project?

The problem I had in this case was that the girls did not want to speak against the teachers or the school while they were in school, they were afraid that they would be expelled from the school or they would be beaten. And the parents didn’t want to get involved. It was difficult to persuade them and talk to them on this issue. Even the teachers working in the schools were hesitant that we are employees of the government and their jobs should not be harmed if they speak against the government. Therefore, there were difficulties in incorporating opinions and data collection while the entire province consisted of 35 districts and for this purpose it was difficult to cover the entire province and collect data from different areas. It was a very important issue and it was very important to solve this problem because the future of this country depended on it. Was necessary

And a better solution was that when I tried to get his opinion from the provincial education minister, he made a commitment that he would look into the matter and that cleaning staff would be deployed in government primary schools. It was a great achievement that one of my stories would solve the problem of millions of female students and increase the percentage of education, especially for girls.

What can others learn from this project?
